About Me

Welcome to the website of a highly experienced, full-time, Texas State certified real estate agent with over 30 years of experience in this industry. The housing market in Dallas is in constant fluctuation and requires the continual updating of Texas laws, interest rates, construction costs, and design options. I've seen all the tricks and schemes and can protect your investment with my experience. (Did I mention that I'm a graduate of Ewha University in South Korea with a major in fine arts?) I am also bi-lingual in English and Korean, having spent over 50 years in Dallas.

Hotel for Visiting Dallas

If this is your fist time in Dallas, may I recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel located at 1201 Raiford Rd, Carrollton, TX 75007, tel: (972) 446-0001. This location will place you within easy walking distance to Korean restaurants, an H-Mart, Korean retail shops, and it's just ten minutes away from where I live. We can meet at any of the coffee and ice cream shops to discuss your plans for relocation. Of course you can make reservations for any hotel in Dallas and I'll find you. But remember: Dallas covers an area much larger than Seoul or Pusan.
